The LBA, originally named the "Lynnhaven Corridor Business Association", was formed in 1990 by several area business owners as a means of representing the interests of the Lynnhaven district business community. Over 100 members enrolled in the LBA in the first year, and membership continues to grow. Today the LBA's purpose continues to be to present informative programs for its members, from political debates to matters pertaining to the economy and future development of the Lynnhaven Parkway area. The LBA leads the way for positive changes that directly affect the Lynnhaven business community. | 
The LBA works collaboratively with other businesses, civic groups, and local government, provides numerous networking opportunities for our membership and makes donations to worthy causes that directly benefit our community.
